This holiday experience is for those serious clients who wish to totally detoxify their bodies and minds for 2008.

Exercise x 5 hours (hike/bike/cardio)
Yoga classes (x 5 classes weekly)
Orange and Ginger Total Body Exfoliation (x 2)
Detox Contouring Body Wrap (x 2)
Tone and Firm Massage (x 2)
Nutritional Dietary Advice (2 hours)

The price also includes your luxury cottage s/c accommodation, heating, towels, bedding, dressing gowns, slippers, etc.
