This Yoga Teacher Training is a 200 hour accredited Yoga Alliance course over two modules of 16 days and main aspects include
• The quality of David Muehsam as a very experienced teacher trainer
• The training is completely residential and takes place within the Internationally known Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre
• Grounding in the basic principles of yoga, asana, pranayama and meditation, as taught by a teacher with a deep understanding and training.
• Daily practice under the teacher's supervision. Students will be encouraged to develop and understand through daily practice how to sequence, vary and modify yoga asanas
