AYURVEDIC HEALTH RETREAT
The resort is situated on a beautiful beach, as close to nature as you can get, with a natural lagoon. All rooms are comfortably furnished and several have balconies or are open to a terrace. Accommodation comprises either shower or bathroom, have natural ventilation as well as electric fans.

On arrival you will be offered an initial consultation and diagnosis. Based on the doctor's assessment an individual treatment programme is designed to cater to your personal needs.

Purification is done through oil therapies and heat treatments. As sample list of treatments is available on request.

Experienced teachers conduct both meditation and yoga classes which are Buddhist-based. These have been practised in Sri Lanka for many years. Gentle yoga, which has been practised for thousands of years in the East, is a powerful complement to Ayurvedic medicine and healing techniques.
