We offer a yoga retreat with daily Ashtanga and Hatha classes, one-to-one counselling, life coaching and a fantastic menu of holistic therapies for you to work in harmony with your body, mind and soul.
We are open all year round and are expanding our therapies and treatments lists continually. For 2008 we are offering additional treatments including Tai Chi, Shiatsu, Buddhist Meditation and Thai Massage.
Real Retreat is ideally situated in a tranquil, rural setting and is secluded and private. A twenty minute drive takes you to Lourdes, Pau and Tarbes, providing a fantastic base for exploring this beautiful, undisturbed secret pocket of Aquitaine, South West France.
