The glorious city of Salamanca goes back to pre-Roman times and has a wealth of magnificent art and architecture accumulated over the centuries. It has two universities, one of them among the oldest in the world, so it is a very fitting place for our retreat-holiday on the theme of Wisdom. We shall be staying in en suite rooms at the Royal Scots College, within walking distance of the town centre. The retreat will be led by Mgr Joe Toal, the Rector of the College.
