Our elegant country mansion is a ‘haven of calm'. Surrounded by countryside, it really is a Retreat away from the world and just 5 miles from Southampton City Centre, Hampshire.
At each of our Retreat Days you will enjoy around 4 hours of holistic sessions, delivered by highly experienced practitioners, as well as a delicious lunch, afternoon tea, refreshments and a goodie bag to take home.
Whether you attend with a group of friends or on your own, you are assured a friendly and welcoming reception. Attendance numbers are restricted to ensure you have an exclusive experience.
