Zen Master Dae Gak, of Furnace Mountain Zen Centre, Kentucky, will be leading this meditation retreat in the beautiful surroundings of East Down Centre, Devon. There will be daily talks from Zen Master Dae Gak, one to one interviews, silent sitting meditation and walking meditation. It is a wonderful opportunity to take timeout from busy lives and receive experienced guidance in meditation practice, in being still.
Zen Master Dae Gak is a most warm hearted, accessible and inspiring teacher.
