If you've not done Tai Chi before, you've probably seen people practising it. It is the graceful and relaxing Chinese moving form that encourages energy (chi) to flow harmoniously around the body to create deep relaxation, healing and a sense of aliveness. Matthew will teach a beautiful short form that you can then take away with you and practise at home... or in the park (as the Chinese do). This week will help you feel in tune again.
