This week provides a lovely and nurturing space with time to let go of everyday commitments and tune into your self.
We develop awareness of body and mind through gentle yet sometimes challenging yoga, breathing exercises, sitting meditation and Yoga Nidra, allowing a natural balance to emerge.
This week is suitable for all levels, of previous or no previous experience of yoga, and aims to relax, centre and energize you.
In the company of women we pay special attention to our cyclical nature and the heart, opening up an awareness of the pathways to our Divine Nature.
There will be plenty of outdoor activities in the Burren and surrounding areas.
And the usual amazing vegetarian meals with Paddi the chef.
