Spend two weeks with Ilene Sawka on the unspoilt island of Skyros, Greece. Discover what can make the difference in your communication and in your enjoyment of life. Move, dance, write, paint, sing, improvise & surprise yourself! Step out of your comfort zone...............and like it there! The holiday includes 3 hours of course time each weekday, all breakfasts and lunches and accommodation in apartment buildings in Skyros Village. All participants will have the option of early morning yoga sessions and one-to-one sessions such as massage and life coaching are bookable on site.
