The purpose of this retreat is to learn the Simplified Short Form and some specific Qigong routines, to improve our health by increasing bodily awareness, relieving stress, improving breathing and clearing acupuncture channels to promote an unimpeded energy (Chi) flow. The course is open to beginners and also anyone with any previous experience of Taiji.
