A retreat in beautiful North Devon, lasting three full days, arriving on Thursday evening, and leaving after breakfast on Monday morning. A small group of no more than four people wil practise daily yoga and meditation, incorporating breath techniques. Weather permitting, to be held outside, or at the beach, or if wet, inside by the fire.
Karen will give talks on the yogic science of the mind, and there will be a discussion on prananyama, breath and the mind, with the potential for self expression. Comfortable spacious accommodation, and all food (vegetarian) provided.
