Arnolds Retreats at Variety Cottage Vegetarian Guest House
A place to unwind and relax. Energy lines converge to bring a feeling of tranquillity. Special Diets, log fires and healing are provided
A small cottage for your personal retreat with good size en-suite bedroom.
Centrally heated, the lounge has a log fire and books on healing, food, physical practices and spiritual subjects. Sit quietly in the practice room, do yoga etc.
Have treatments or lessons in Reiki, Chi Gung, and Body Alignment.
We use local organic food where possible, supply fresh juices from our juicer. All meals special diets and detox by request. Our small walled garden for you to enjoy the sun or shade and the beach is 10 minutes' walk away. We can collect you from coach or rail station.
