ANAM CARA Retreat Centre

Anam Cara is set in eight acres of land and lies 600 feet above sea level overlooking the city of Inverness with stunning southerly views towards the Monadhliath Mountains.
All weekend/week long courses are fully residential and inclusive of vegetarian meals a proportion of which is organically grown at Anam Cara.
The principle venue is of timber construction with plenty glass and light, a wood burning stove and grass roof. Range of additional buildings includes meditation space, residential caravans with turf roofed lounge and kitchen plus newly constructed therapy building with various treatments available by arrangement.
