A small cottage for your personal retreat with good size en-suite bedroom.
Centrally heated, the lounge has a log fire and books on healing, food, physical practices and spiritual subjects. Sit quietly in the practice room, do yoga etc.
Have treatments or lessons in Reiki, Chi Gung, and Body Alignment.
We use local organic food where possible, supply fresh juices from our juicer. All meals special diets and detox by request. Our small walled garden for you to enjoy the sun or shade and the beach is 10 minutes' walk away. We can collect you from coach or rail station.

The house and décor are simple and easy to clean with ecological products and energy is kept fresh and flowing by careful placement of furnishings, recycling anything not used in four seasons. We collect local wood for the fire and local spring water for drinking. Local organic food in season is used where possible, and cooked in a simple way, usually steamed. We compost and recycle all except a small amount of plastic. Supermarkets are not used.
