Homefield Grange Detox Retreat offers year round juicing/cleansing/weight loss programmes
We are not a hotel or spa, but offer beautiful surroundings in Rushton, Northamptonshire, where you can enjoy some time out, enjoy a great detox and learn how to begin to look after yourself in a more mindful and healthy manner. We take only a small group each time so you can be sure of the care and support needed to achieve your goals.
Accommodation is either in a private room with ensuite facilities, private room with shared bathroom, or twin room ensuite. Our rooms are beautifully appointed and have dvd's, with all sky channels. The retreat is set in Rushton, Northamptonshire in 23 acres. We are sure you will enjoy feeding our al pacos and pygmy goats.
We have an extensive treatment listing and these can be added to your programme to tailor make it to your requirements. Our therapists are fully trained and qualified with certifications displayed. We offer three tasting juices per day with an organic vegetable broth in the evening. Full supplementation is offered along side this to support your detox and make the whole experience and enjoyable one.
The benefits of fasting/juicing have been well documented. If you desire clearer skin, stronger hair, a healthy colon, balanced blood, lower weight or cholestorol, then we are the place for you. We offer Intensive Detox Programmes which run either Saturday through to Tuesday, or arrival on Wednesday through to Saturday.
