Vitality Detox Retreats – A Chance to Change

4 Day Retreats
Your day begins at 7am with a gentle wake up call, followed by a chance to do your morning skin brush and drink your warm water and lemon. At about 7.30am there is yogic breathing exercises to help your body detoxify and calm and balance your mind. Then meditation followed by yoga or chi gung.

You then have your first of 3 freshly made, organic fruit or vegetable juices, full of the nutrients and minerals needed to detoxify your cells and tissues. These juices are spaced out during the day. In the evening there is another meditation followed by a hot, clear broth with high potassium content, needed to flush toxins from your cells.

Most days you will also receive a complimentary treatment and there will be plenty of time for walking and relaxation.

7 Day Retreats
The 7 day juice fast is basically based on the 4 day only it is a much deeper cleanse. To promote this we use various supplements and herbs and a full colon cleanse programme.

Supplements

• Detox herbs and supplements to support the liver and the organs of elimination.
• Bentonite Clay which absorbs 40 times its weight in toxins and heavy metals.
• Psyllium Husk is a fibre that acts like a broom, sweeping clean any loosened substances from the walls of the digestive tract.
• Coton contains herbs which purify the blood, strengthen the liver and helps to dissolve and break down mucoid matter in the colon.

Colon Cleanse As well as the supplements you will also receive a professionally administered colonic hydrotherapy treatment, and will use an enema and clysmatic (a type of self service colonic) in the privacy of your bathrooms on a daily basis.

Location
The retreats are mostly held at Brook House, a beautiful home found about 400 yards from the stunning award winning beaches of West Wittering. The beach has retained its rustic, natural charm and is lined with brightly coloured beach huts. The views are magnificent and the sunsets to die for.

Brook House itself is set in secluded gardens with its own pretty stream. It has recently been completely refurbished and all of the rooms are comfortable, cosy and homely.

The location is superb for walking, either along the beach or the Chichester harbour estuary, with stunning views everywhere you look.

By Car
Brook House is situated 10 minutes South of Chichester just off the A286. From the A27 Chichester by-pass, follow signs to ‘The Witterings', then West Wittering. Drive through West Wittering village shops and you will shortly see a right hand sign saying ‘To The Beach' opposite The Old House At Home Pub. Turn right here and then immediately left onto the gravel drive behind the phone box. You will see the Brook House sign and the entrance to the drive in front of you.
