At Dunstaffnage Mains Farm on the West Coast of Scotland I have found my heart's home.
And here, have created the retreat of my dreams. A safe haven close to the sea and to nature, where energies flow. It is my purpose, my work and my joy to share with you this wonderful place, the practices that have helped me, therapies that have healed me, the many things that have inspired me. Though your needs will be different from mine, the flexibility, resources and beauty of the place is bound to help you on your way.
