Therapies
Every guest may enjoy a daily holistic therapy in the first half of the day at the lodge. Activities and therapies are scheduled around each other to ensure that guests get the most out of their stay. Alladale also has its own multi-gym

Yoga
Twice daily group yoga and meditation classes are held, a morning dynamic class and a relaxed evening class. Our primary focus is on developing personal practice to achieve 'your' yoga. We do not believe that one size fits all and with a maximum of twelve on each retreat we are able to give individual attention and 1:1 yoga classes to really further your experience of yoga under close supervision - whether beginner or advanced.

 

 

 Accommodation
There are 7 bedrooms in the lodge,5 double and two twin all with ensuite bathrooms and individual interior design. The lodge was recently entirely refurbished using the latest Laura Ashely design and is of an exceptionally high standard.

Activities
Clay pigeon shooting, short and long walks, hikes to waterfalls, munroes, deer feeding, wild boar, fly fishing,mountain bikes acupuncture, yoga therapy, ayurvedic consultation and massage (Abyhanga and Marma), Holistic massage and Yoga therapy, Yoga classes and Tai Chi. Visits to the distillery and to the local golf course can also be arranged.

Food
The in-house chef creates a delicious vegetarian menu from fresh ingredients with optional fish/chicken at lunch. Our food is prepared with no alcohol, no animal fats, no white sugar, little salt, no white flour, no processed foods, all ingredients fresh and where possible locally grown and all guests dietary requirements are catered for.

This beatuiful lodge sits amidst 23,000 acres of truly awe inspiring landscape, with a reading room, billiard room, tv room, dining room, therapy rooms, multi-gym, sauna, yoga hall, and clay pigeon range this really is a retreat into nature.

Flights and Transfers
Inverness airport is the closest airport to Alladale. All transfers to and from Invernes airport to the lodge (1.5 hours) are taken care of by Yogoloji
