ACCOMODATION
Our self-contained guest-suite is designed for individuals or couples to escape from the world in a comfortable friendly setting. Your room is a light and airy bedsitting room furnished with a very comfy double sofa bed so your sleeping space can be transformed into a living room. There is an en-suite shower room.

ON RETREAT
You can relax in front of the log-burning stove, walk on the beaches or curl up with selections from our extensive library of new-age books and tapes.

DELICIOUS FOOD
The food we serve is freshly cooked for you wholefood and delicious. We provide meat, vegetarian or vegan food as you wish. Gluten free can be provided for with notice. You may also choose to do a juice fast. In the summer months some of our vegetables are organic from the garden. Breakfast is served in your room, a packed lunch is provided and the evening meal you may have in your room or with us in the main house if you want some company.

TREATMENTS
Everyday that you stay includes a treatment. A choice between aromatherapy massage, Reiki healing treatment, or spiritual counselling. Most treatments are given to you by Vivien Candlish who owns the Centre. Occasionally Reiki treatments will be given by Robert Ellis, the manager, who is fully qualified in Reiki.

THE SURROUNDING AREA
For those of you not familiar with Anglesey. This is a place of stunning scenery. Mountains, the sea and wonderful beaches. It's a great area for walking, cycling, bird-watching and swimming. Rich in Sacred sites. Coming without a car is not a problem.

VIVIEN CANDLISH
The retreats are organised by Vivien Candlish. Vivien has been organising and running workshops for the last 15 years. She is a student and teacher in A Course In Miracles. She has been a Reiki Master for 11 years, teaching and practicing Reiki healing extensively. She brings her own particular blend of warmth, intuition and spirituality to her work.

THE PRICE
Our Price is £75 per day per person. This includes accommodation, three meals a day and a daily treatment of your choice.
