Maddie who runs the retreat is an earth mother who exudes love and calm. The place itself is very safe and excellent walks - the beach was so safe and at times virtually empty when I visited, and the norman castle ruins provided a vantage point to look out to sea. A wonderful retreat and just what I was seeking. "
