For silence and restoration come to this retreat where you can be gloriously spoilt or left in peace.
The mornings start with meditation or yoga alfresco on the side verandah overlooking the park, followed by a dip in the cool pool and a delicious breakfast on the beautiful front verandah. Afterwards ride on horseback, birdwatch, swim and sunbathe or be pampered by a therapeutic massage. Lunch: by the pool followed by a lazy siesta. Afternoons: indulge your favourite pastime of resting in a hammock, reading, riding, walking, painting, writing, tea on the verandah, being treated or go on a farm tour with Alastair who runs the farm or ride in a light horse-drawn cart to look at the broad, uncluttered horizons.
