The visible surgery which takes place requires no anaesthetic - there is no pain but most of the work, however, is invisible. John can treat just about any illness or disease. However, healing is very personal, what works for one person is not necessarily going to be the same for another, so for some the healing takes place immediately, whilst others notice it over a period of time.
