We practice yoga twice a day and eat plenty of superb organic vegetarian
food thats full of flavour. The rest of the time is simply spent enjoying
ourselves either as individuals or part of the group. Our Gomera retreat is
right on the beach so many choose to just swim and sunbathe, however we
offer excursions to trek in the volcanic hills and rainforest amidst
stunning scenery or take a boat trip to see whales and dolphins in their
natural environment. There's also massage, acupuncture, meditation, belly
dancing, salsa dancing....local wines and freshly caught fish to sample as
the week goes on!
