Therapies
Every guest may enjoy a daily holistic therapy in the first half of the day at CanalOm. Activities and therapies are scheduled around each other to ensure that guests get the most out of their stay.

Therapies vary from Ayurvedic consultation and massage (Abhyanga and Marma), Acupuncture, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Yoga therapy are available

Yoga
Twice daily group yoga and meditation classes are held, a morning dynamic class and a relaxed evening class. Our primary focus is on developing personal practice to achieve 'your' yoga. We do not believe that one size fits all and with a maximum of twelve on each retreat we are able to give individual attention and 1:1 yoga classes to really further your experience of yoga under close supervision - whether beginner or advanced.

 

Accommodation
There are seven comfotable kingsize double bedrooms and four single/twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms

 

 

Activities
Tennis, horseriding, boat trips on lake, surfing, mountain bikes, cactus garden and horizon pool.

Food
The in-house chef creates a delicious vegan menu daily. Our food is prepared with no alcohol, no animal fats, no white sugar, little salt, no white flour, no processed foods, all ingredients fresh and where possible locally grown and all guests dietary requirements are catered for.

 

 

Yogashala and Facilities
Archery court, cactus garden, fresh and salt water pools, yoga and meditation hall, tennis court, therapy rooms and boat trips on the lake.

Flights and Transfers
Flights to and from Santiago can be arranged with BritishAirways/Lan, Air France and Iberia among others. All transfers to and from Santiago airport to the yogashala (2 hours) are taken care of by Yogoloji
