The Anassa has had a love affair with the press since it opened ...and with good reason! Styled like a greek village with all rooms overlooking the stunning bay, the hotel is family owned and has that special warm feel you can't quite put your finger on. Its the perfect place to host a family retreat, with adults yoga and therapy program running alongside teeny yogini and safari programs for the kids. With nannies on hand, kiddies parties and a kids club to keep the children busy, there really is nothing to think about on your way from your yoga mat to the Thalasso spa!

TherapiesEvery guest will enjoy an Ayurvedic consultation, Head neck and face Marma massage, One to one yoga lesson (or therapy session) and a full body Abyhanga and Marma massage (1.5 hours) in the course of the four days. There are also comprehensive Thalasso spa packages available through the hotel.
YogaTwice daily group yoga and meditation classes are held, a morning dynamic class and a relaxed evening class followed by meditation. Our primary focus is on developing personal practice to achieve 'your' yoga. We do not believe that one size fits all and with a maximum of twelve on each retreat we are able to give individual attention and 1:1 yoga classes to really further your experience of yoga under close supervision - whether beginner or advanced. Liisa Halme will be teaching on this retreat, both Astanga and Sivananda trained she has a broad understanding of yoga and what it means to the individual.
Accommodation
Studio suites with view over the bay, all with ensuite bathroom. These are availalbe with interconnecting doors if you would prefer children to have their own rooms without being too far away. Alternatively a child can share a studio suite with a parent for a nominal supplementary fee.
Activities
Yoga and meditation group classes, one to one yoga, daily Teeny Yogini kids yoga classes (aged 4 - 11 and 11 to 14), kids club for children aged 4-11, children's nature safaris in the nature reserve, parties for the children (separate dining times)
Food
The rate is half board with breakfast and lunch or dinner included. There will be the a choice of menu: the Anassa own menus and a detox menu to choose from.
All ingredients are fresh & where possible locally grown and all guests dietary requirements are catered for.
Hotel and FacilitiesIndoor tennis and squash courts, Thalasso spa area and comprehensive treatment list, indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, all day kids club.
A private sail can be chartered and watersports are also available through the hotel (price on request)
Flights to and from Pafos can be arranged with BritishAirways and many other charter companies. All transfers to and from Pafos airport to the hotel (40 minutes) are taken care of by Yogoloji
