Our ancient Chateau and its outbuildings have been lovingly restored to provide 10 ensuite bedrooms for our clients, three sitting/meeting/activity rooms, dining rooms etc. & two large workshop rooms. The property is centrally heated and has log fires in many of the public rooms. Outside there are large terraced areas, gardens, swimming pool, all in spacious grounds. We offer fully catered accommodation for groups up to 20 people seeking quiet seclusion for their activities or residential courses.

VENUE HIRE
We feel we can offer any course leader the ideal place to come and run the perfect workshop/retreat. We are available to facilitate in any way to create the course which will tailor make the type of week which will be enjoyable for all concerned, and somewhere you will want to repeat year after year.
ACCOMMODATION:
We can accommodate up to 20 people in our 10 beautiful oak beamed twin rooms, which are ensuite. Each room is provided with linen and towels.
MEALS:Our course price is inclusive of all meals and refreshments; the food is prepared and cooked with fresh local ingredients allowing a truly French experience. We provide a continental breakfast, lunch, a three course evening meal. Teas, coffee and juice will be available through out the day. Locally produced wine will be provided with the evening meal.
All meals are served in either our beautiful dining room or on our large sun terrace, allowing al fresco dining whilst reflecting on the amazing views.
WORKSHOPS AND FACILITIES:We have 2 large indoor studios, one of which can be used as a large recreational area; they both open out onto terraces allowing workshops the freedom to spill outdoors.
In the Chateau we have three snug rooms where you can take the opportunity to get away for quiet respite.
There is a beautiful outdoor pool with a large terraced area to sunbathe.
The property is surrounded by 25 acres of pasture and woodland which has access to a lovely lake.
There is an enjoyable 40 minute walk which takes you all around the estate.
TREATMENTS:
We have two treatment rooms where in your free time you can experience one of our holistic therapies.
LOCATION:
We are located 2 kilometers from the medieval town of Duras with its restaurants, bars, weekly market and a grand Chateau.
Our region is famous for its longevity of life, which they put down to the wonderful gastronomic foods and excellent wines.
We are 35 minutes from Bergerac airport and 75 minutes from Bordeaux airport with flights from many UK destinations operated by British Airways, Flybe, Ryan Air and BMI baby. For more extensive travel details please refer to our website.
