Join Sandra on a pilgrimage to Dharamsala, home of His Holiness the14th Dalai Lama of Tibet.
Here you can study the Higher Tibetan way - the path of the Lord Buddha. Attending these special teachings will be extremely enlightening for all those who truly wish to understand the great awakening that is occurring on our planet at this time, and move with this energy.
Teachings will be given from 3-14th March, with a break on March 10th.
As well as taking time to meditate and be on retreat there will also be free time, and time with Sandra to help you to integrate the teachings. We will learn to tame the tiger! And practise loving kindness for ourselves and for worldwide peace.
