The Nadesh Institute

Nadesh is a training centre for alternative medicine specialising in Ayurveda. The Nadesh Centre runs one of the few tri-annual Ayurveda massage schools in Europe. Apart from the school, the centre offers Ayurvedic treatments helping to relax, dissintox and stabilise the bodies energies. The centre also offers Panchakarma treatments, the traditional Ayurvedic treatment that completely realigns the mind, body and spirit. The Panchakarma week long treatments along with the shorter relaxation and detox weekends are all followed by Dr. Fabio Basalisco, a Neurologist specialising in Ayurvedic medicine.

The centre has been built with a sympathy for alternative medecine with a Zen garden and colours chosen by a colour phsycholigist. It is located just 50 metres from the lakefront of Lake Maggiore, only 40 mins from Malpensa airport.
