Moonlight Mountain Retreat - Tobago, Trinidad & Tobago

"Moonlight Mountain Retreat offered the unexpected. Once there relaxing became very easy and I was soon part of the family......being greeted by Ginny & Kelly (wonderful hosts) and their lovely pets. From the early morning Yoga to reclining in a hammock and clearing what ever thoughts came into my mind, it is a wonderful place to be just me... It allowed me the time to re-evaluate and re-energise. The views are stunning, the food fresh and homecooked, the local evening music in the surrounding villages and town is a must and it was very hard to stop dancing. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and your hospitality. My batteries have definatley been re-charged and I look forward to maybe another visit soon. Jacky"

Primordial Sound Meditation - Leicestershire, England

"Wonderful place, and cried packing my case to leave as I didn't want to. Was really well looked after and the treatments were lovely. Maddie who runs the retreat is an earth mother who exudes love and calm. The place itself is very safe and excellent walks - the beach was so safe and at times virtually empty when I visited, and the norman castle ruins provided a vantage point to look out to sea. A wonderful retreat and just what I was seeking. "

Kailasam Yoga and Ayurveda Holidays - India

"My abiding memories of Kailasam of doing yoga classes in a light, airy, palm roofed space gazing out over the intense green foliage outside and listening to the sounds of birds, of animals, temple bells, and every so often - fireworks! Or lazing on a day bed after my massage. And the massages...like nothing you have ever experienced. Well I had certainly never experienced someone walking over my body - but after the initial shock, I grew to quite enjoy it. (yes, really.) And, for ultimate relaxation - there is the treatment where, for forty minutes, warm oil is drizzled gently over your forehead. Kailasam is a real haven in the midst of the bustle of Kovalam. Diana and Mohan are warm, open and caring. Diana teaches challenging yoga with humour and grace and this is the least ‘posey' and precious of yoga retreats. The food is good, the accommodation attractive, and on each of my three visits, the company interesting. Go if you want to discover a bit more about yourself mentally, physically and spiritually and you also want to enjoy yourself. "
