You can practice your yoga and have a massage or two, experience some spiritual Reiki healing and try a floatation session. These and other holistic treatments are interspersed throughout your week to assist you in the toxin release and support your body throughout the process. On the last days of the detox you will be served a feast of raw food creations that will surprise and delight you.
Relaxation time is essential to the detox and cleanse and there is plenty of time for reading and rest.

JUICE FAST AND DETOX WEEK is a wonderful week of Cleansing your body with a three day Juice Fast combined with holistic therapies. Such as Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Shiatsu or Life Coaching, that will benefit you as a whole, noticeably increase your vital energy, re shape your physical body and clear your mind .
COLON CLEANSE AND DETOX WEEK is a week of purification and time to generally clean up your act, You will be guided through a 3 day fast, and a highly beneficial deep colon cleanse programme. The re introduction of foods is gradual and we concentrate on living foods for a deeper detox and purification. You will receive holistic therapies to aid the detox process. After a week you will be bouncing with energy and feel much calmer, more centred and appreciate the time you have spent on yourself and your insides.
SPIRITUAL REIKI WEEKS are devine weeks spent getting familiar with the very essence of life itself. You will experience Reiki and be taught the practice of Reiki for healing yourself and others. Holistic therapies are intertwined with the weeks programme to gently bring you into deeper relaxation, allowing your mind to clear and your true life essence to flow
Your time here is for you to do as much or as little as you wish and we take care of the rest.
