Perfect for anyone who feels that they need to press the pause button and spend time rediscovering a connection to themselves and/or a sense of purpose. Being by the sea, Staithes is the ideal place to let the stresses and strains of modern life fall away. Feel your nervous system unwind with a beach or cliff top walk or simply find a quiet spot and fill your lungs with fresh sea air!
