Autumn is the best time to cleanse and rejuvenate the body before the cold winter days to reflect and reset.

The retreat is for anyone wishing to have the space to reconnect with themselves in a natural haven with like-minded people, learn ways to enhance wellbeing; enjoy delicious food, and practice yoga and lifestyle medicine.
You will deepen your yoga practice, exploring how to use movement and breath to improve physical, mental and spiritual balance.
We will enjoy cooking and eating organic, homegrown, seasonal food together, learning how to nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
All ages and levels are welcome.
