Everyone experiences grief differently. Our grief journeys are unique. Grief is also a process that has to be worked through. Yet sometimes we need a helping hand in that process.
The retreat will be small, friendly, and personal in nature - laid back, welcoming, and non-judgemental. It's a safe space to explore. Over the course of the weekend, we include a mixture of creative work, outdoor nature, reflection, and mindfulness. I am a qualified coach and mindfulness teacher, with both training in and personal experience of grief. I create a safe and supportive environment for you. This retreat is perfect for anyone who has recovered from the initial shock of being bereaved and is seeking help to move forward on their journey.
