3-day plant medicine retreat, Utrecht, The Netherlands

This retreat offers you a safe, homely, and legal space for an inner journey with Magic truffles (psilocybin). Small groups and facilitated by an experienced space holder.

Description

Dive into yourself and find the answers within. Make a powerful inner journey with psilocybin-containing Magic truffles and embrace your transformation. The retreat is facilated by Hélène, a certified and experienced space holder and energetic coach, who runs the retreat center From Thinking To Being.
The weekend offers you other powerful healing and transformation, including body remembers trauma therapy, meditation, sharings, a cocoa ceremony, a fire ceremony, and use of the wood-fired sauna. You will receive healing at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels!
This is a 3-day/2-night retreat during the winter solstice (Dec 22-24, 2023). Other dates are March 22-24, 2024 (spring equinox) and June 21-23, 2024 (summer solstice).

Accessibility

The retreat center has 4 rooms, one of which is at ground level as well is the shared bathroom. If you are having trouble walking the stairs, this room is yours!

Eco Practices

Meals are home-made and organic, as much as possible made from products coming from Hélène vegetable garden.
Cleaning is done with environmentally friendly products.

Directions and Travel

Retreat center @Hélène is very close to the lively and historical city of Utrecht, The Netherlands Public transport: Book your flight to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol or Eindhoven Airport (EIN). Multiple trains per hour between Schiphol Airport and Utrecht Central Station (35 minutes). Two trains per hour between Eindhoven and Utrecht Central Station (60 minutes) Bus line 74 from Utrecht Central Station direction Zeist will bring you in 10 minutes to bus stop Steinenburglaan. From there it is a 2-minute walk to the retreat center. Own transportation: Retreat center @Hélène is 5 minutes away from the A2, A12, A27, and A28. Use Steinenburglaan 7 in de Bilt for navigation. You can park in the driveway of Steinenburglaan 7A.
