Spring is the perfect time to boost your liver, release stagnation and come back to lightness in body and mind.
The retreat is for anyone wishing to have the space to reconnect with themselves in a natural haven with like-minded people, learn ways to enhance wellbeing; enjoy delicious food, and practice yoga and mindfulness.
You will deepen your yoga practice, exploring how to use movement and breath to improve physical, mental and spiritual balance.
We will enjoy cooking and eating organic, homegrown, seasonal food together, learning how to nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
All levels are welcome. Limited to 15 people.
