For the past two decades, I have had the pleasure of teaching yoga and running wellness retreats.
The retreat is for anyone wishing to have the space to reconnect with themselves in a natural haven with like-minded people, learn ways to enhance wellbeing, enjoy delicious food, and practice mindful living.
You will deepen your yoga practice, exploring how to use movement and breath to improve physical and mental balance.
We will enjoy cooking and eating organic, homegrown, seasonal food together, learning how to nourish our bodies and balance our entire selves.
