Heath Farm is the perfect setting for our seven-day health reboot. It's a chance to escape from the toxicity of everyday life and refresh your mind, body, and soul. Our host, Naturopath and detox expert Cristiana, will guide us through a detox program that includes fresh vegetable juices, colon cleanses, sound therapy, and gentle exercise with a complimentary Bi-Aura Therapy session. With a focus on rest, we invite you to spend your free time around the grounds taking the opportunity to forage, birdwatch, and wander through the woods. Water lovers can enjoy a dip in the lake or soak and reflect in the hot tub. Accommodation is available in different configurations across the farm cottages, and whether you attend alone or with friends, you can guarantee to be in like-minded company.
