The Emergence Embodiment Retreat is dedicated to your most important relationship, your relationship with yourself and this stunning body that is your own personal magical abode.
It’s year 4 of our gathering in Amorgos and it just keeps getting better.
The Emergence retreat will draw you into more intimate relationship with your body. You'll learn to attune to how your emotions rise in the body, you'll connect with your body's wisdom and knowing, and explore how to lean into the silent voice of the body for expression, for your listening, for your connecting. Together we'll explore yoga practices, dance as a means of expression and exploration, breathwork & meditation, Non-Linear Movement™, and somatic tools for deepening your relationship with the body.

Eco Practices

The venue has extensive gardens and uses local produce to prepare your meals.

Directions and Travel

You can fly to Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, or Naxos and take the ferry to Amorgos where you will be picked up by the hotel shuttle. All guests should plan to arrive in Greece by the 15th to ensure they are able to catch the morning ferry to the island. On the departure day June 23rd you will leave to catch a morning ferry to the island of your choosing for departure or to continue your travels in the Greek islands. A shuttle will return all guests to the port. You can buy a ferry ticket on any ferry booking site. Selena prefers a business class ticket to ensure a reserved, comfortable seat. The fast ferry from Athens is about 4 hours and is much shorter from Mykonos, Naxos, and Santorini.
