This programme is tailored for those over 55 who are young at heart and intend to stay that way, who are interested in keeping flexibility and balance in every aspect of their lives,ofcourse you can always bring a younger friend or family member! Hatha yoga and the ancient Chinese exercise of Qigong and Tai Chi can gently and safely help acheive the levels of fotness we need to enjoy a long and healthy later life.
Meditation and learning how to live more mindfully and with less stress and anxiety play a big part of this retreat, helping you to remaim more alert and well balanced. There will be skincare and nutritional advice and organised trips and walks included.
It is not necessary to have previous experience of these forms of exercise, come and learn or extend you current practice.
