A refreshing weekend of nurturing movement, restorative yoga, nature-inspired art, fire circles, rest, community & delicious food, all within 70 acres of ancient woodland
For three days and two nights, you're invited to colour outside of the lines, forget the 'rules' - and free yourself from the preconceptions of what yoga, movement, rest and creativity 'should' look like.
Allow yourself to get curious and play, mindfully connecting to your creativity. Explore movement and creative exercises, including mini art journaling, clay crafting, mandala making, plus splodging, splashing and mark making on big canvas's. In the evenings, sink into rejuvenating intentional rest through Restorative Yoga, breath and Yoga Nidra meditations, plus fireside journaling in the woods.
This weekend is all about working with your mind, body and imagination (plus, paper, paint, woodland treasures, pens and more) to rest, reconnect and rediscover the joy of your creative self.
