This gentle and immersive workshop is an introduction to connecting with the Earth's energies and your intuitive wild soul within. Through ritual, meditation, movement and creativity we tap into our inner wisdom and deepen our relationship with Mother Earth.
We will cover: an introduction to earth energies, calling in the elements, working with wheel of the year and the cycles of the moon, spells & manifestation, earth yoga and create our own herbal smudge sticks to take home.
Includes a goody bag, cake and forest brew.
