During October 2018 Scotland officially added ‘nature prescriptions’ by Doctors. 2019 Scotland officially became a Mindful Nation, confirmed by Holyrood. October 2020 YES merged both. Nature offers increased clarity/vitality with an improved immune system. Mindfulness offers improved focus, relationships and self awareness with reduced anxiety and critical thinking.
The strength to get through difficult times comes from hope. The best place to find hope is in nature, especially in spring/summer. It is in our nature to hope, to believe that the darkest times will be followed by something brighter. Grumbling is a basic human right but the strength to get through bad times comes from hope.
