We invite you to a life changing transformational retreat, set in the heart of the Sussex countryside, just one hour from London by train.

This is an accelerated journey of change, using the Ancient Egyptian method of energy activation known as 'Sekhem', as well as, Breathwork, movement and stretching and meditation to open the body, relax and invigorate you.

What can you expect?
During the weekend many layers of conditioning, cellular memory and energy blocks can be released as well as suppressed emotions. This can be experienced as emotional release, to feelings of ecstasy and oneness, leading to a total paradigm shift! Often years of therapy can be resolved and condensed into a few hours.

Directions and Travel

From London: Train - Take the train to East Grinstead station and catch a taxi from there. Just 3 miles to forest row. By Car: M25, M23, J9 Crawley East Grinstead off ramp. Then follow the A264 to Felbridge. Join the A22 follow the signs to forest Row. Journey time appx 1.5 Hours from central London depending on the traffic.
