Imagine yourself exploring the energising and restorative benefits of yoga with a wonderful group of like-minded people in beautiful South West Fance!
Over the retreat we will explore the appeal and principals of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with a different style forming the form basis of each day. In the morning session we will discover the respective techniques and then simply enjoy the energising and restorative benefits of the style with a second practice in the late afternoon. Set to inspire and create a sense of calm, Suz selects the theme of each guided meditation to complement and enhance your journey through the yoga styles. In the afternoons you may wish to swim in the heated pool or perhaps play tennis or walk in the vineyards or simply kick back and read in a quiet cosy corner.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a level entry shower but whilst these are suitable for people with minor mobility issues they are sadly not capable of being wheelchair adapted due to the ancient nature of the exisiting structures.
Solar panels for hot water. Recuperated rain water for the garden and vegetable plot. Large organic vegetable garden and fruit trees for home gown produce. Largely vegetarian cooking for the yoga retreats and vegan cooking for the NOURISH retreats. Refills for bathroom products. Local produce and suppliers wherever possible. Active recycling.
