Day 1
Evening – opening circle
Day 2
You learn about energy management and how to use mindfulness and breathing techniques to change your life for the positive & will have a sound therapy session in which we will travel into the magic of the present moment.
Day 3
You dive into the wealth of the present moment during a hike and we end the day with a heart opening and grounding cacao ceremony
Day 4
You learn how to integrate mindfulness in our daily lives, about the power of thoughts and emotions and will have another sound therapy session to ground and give clarity.
Day 5
Morning – closing circle
