Description

Marye is Co-Director of Movement Intelligence UK, a training system for dynamic postural re-education, extending mind-body suppleness into active old age.
Rajesh has for many years been teaching courses in Nada Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and the philosophy of Advaita. He is a versatile composer and singer with a background in Indian classical music. He regularly collaborates with western musicians in genres that range from Welsh folk to Indo-jazz, and ambient music.

Marye's Bones for Life sessions will include developing a well aligned posture, safeguarding vulnerable joints, increasing biological optimism.

Rajesh's Nada Yoga sessions will include Chakra sensitization using Indian music scales, heart-centred practices, mantra and chanting, Om meditation.

Open Pathway Retreat centre, Queen Camel BA22 7NU Queen Camel is just a mile from the Sparkford roundabout on the A303 and 6 miles north of Yeovil. There is plenty of parking within the grounds of the Centre. Sherborne (on the London Waterloo, to Exeter line) and Castle Cary (London Paddington, Bath, Bristol and the north) rail stations are 6 miles away. Please contact us for current taxi numbers.
