Marye is Co-Director of Movement Intelligence UK, a training system for dynamic postural re-education, extending mind-body suppleness into active old age.
Rajesh has for many years been teaching courses in Nada Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and the philosophy of Advaita. He is a versatile composer and singer with a background in Indian classical music. He regularly collaborates with western musicians in genres that range from Welsh folk to Indo-jazz, and ambient music.
Marye's Bones for Life sessions will include developing a well aligned posture, safeguarding vulnerable joints, increasing biological optimism.
Rajesh's Nada Yoga sessions will include Chakra sensitization using Indian music scales, heart-centred practices, mantra and chanting, Om meditation.
