Description

This 8-week course, as taught by founder of MBSR, Jon Kabat Zinn, can help you with stress management and improve your well-being.
During the program, you will learn different mindfulness techniques and how to apply them in your daily life. The course includes:

- Guided mindfulness meditation practices
- Instruction on how to be more mindful in daily activities
- Group discussion and sharing
- Gentle stretching and mindful movement
Sessions take place on Thursdays, from 6:45 pm to 9 pm, BST/ GMT
