To bring you back to be aware, reduce your stress levels and living in the now, this retreat will teach you some simple yet powerful tools and techniques. This will help you feel more peace, focus and wisdom within your being. The workshops will be both indoors and outdoors as we tap into the magic and wonder of nature in our moving mindfulness meditations.
You can choose between having either a two day or three day retreat. Your retreat includes en-suite accommodation, breakfast and all the workshop meditations.
