Seven day retreat in a mountain village, led by Moro chefs, with foraging walks, sherry tasting, and day trips to surrounding areas.
Led by Henry and Laura from Favorita, enjoy a week of cooking and eating food, inspired by their travels through Spain and working at London's Moro restaurant. It takes place at Las Chimeneas, a dramatic set of converted village houses with fabulous views across the hills to the sea in the far distance, that promises peace and relaxation.
Starting with a welcome dinner, the retreat will comprise of four hands-on cooking classes, one demonstration, and the opportunity for sherry tasting! All other meals will be provided (and included) by the team at Las Chimeneas. Interspersed with the cooking will be walking, foraging, a day at the food market in Granada with a chance to visit the Alhambra (upon request) and a trip to visit local producers.
